HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Everest Amusement Inc. seeks to hire an experienced Network Systems Administrator. The Systems Network administrator will install, configure, and manage computer infrastructure that supports the department's computer networks, such as routers, switches, and cables.
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Network Systems Administrator are as follows:
Manages and maintains Windows servers, network file servers, print servers, mass storage systems, and application development, Manages workstation and desktop support services and coordinates support for all desktops, and laptops.
Serves as local system administrator and liaison to Campus IT for mission-critical systems or enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Microsoft server security, critical updates, and vulnerability patching
• Server hardware build and configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Active Directory administration, account, and security group management
• Exchange Server administration, mailbox, and email group management
•Analyzes development and implementation requirements makes appropriate modifications to existing systems and prepares specifications based on customer requests.
• Participates in a variety of special projects related to Information Technology
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisors, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two years of professional-level systems administration and/or systems experience; or an equivalent combination of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-driven with a growth mindset and a proven track record of self-improvement.
